The price for the electronic doors is $589.00, this is because the pet door used in the product is a higher quality and any door with electronic functionality will be on the higher end price wise.  The pet door panel is also very high quality with heavy gauge aluminum framing and dual pane LoE insulated glass for higher energy efficiency.

The pet door scans your pet’s embedded microchip used for identification to unlock only when they are present. If your pet is not yet microchipped, you can use the included collar key until you make the trip to the vet!  Raccoon mode* can be activated to engage an additional locking mechanism when the pet door is faced with an intruder animal to make it harder for them to enter.
