Mine arrives tomorrow but I have watched many YouTube videos and I am convinced if you set it up correctly it will be good at this price point!Got and love it. Set it correctly and you will love it!Pitch black 1st shot 50 yards killed a can.Update:. 3rd night of using this, killed another sprite can 1st shot.The key to this night vision is to use the scope cross hairs not the ones in the m3. However today I will be lining the m3 cross hairs with my scope and see if I like it.Also watch all the videos on YouTube it helps a lot.I love the way you can just unscrew the m3 and just use your scope.Important note: I am using a second focal plane scope and the cross haird in scope are blurry but doesn't affect the accuracy.A first focal plane scope should be used if that would be a issue for you.

It's great for a low cost day/ night 250 yards or less red dot crossbow /rifle scope ..it doesn't have the quality of resolution you need for better than 250 yard shots ..yes you can add it to a regular telescopic rifle scope ..but tbh it's great for adding to a 40mm non magnifying or fixed magnification red green dot sight. Don't buy anything smaller than 40mm to put it on Expect to attach it firmly to the red dot with a strap wrench so buy a red dot with nice easy to use weapon attachment rail point The non magnifying soup can style ones are the one you need for this application

I read several good reviews before purchasing. They sounded too good to be true. I spent 3 hours just trying to get it in focus. Return has been initiated. Don't waste your money or time on this product

One of the most compact clip-ons on the market.Looks and feels great.Can be used with a scope (primary option) and a stand alone. You can turn on/of the reticle. There is only one design for reticles. If you want to use as stand alone you will need adjustable mount to zero it.Turns on within a couple seconds. Faster then some models, but not immediately, like an old Super 8 cameras.Night mode turns on together with IR light. No way to turn on the night mode without IR light or disable it. So having a separate IR light doesn't really help you will always have the built in active.The light itself is not very powerful. Have not tested at a distance yet.Menu is pretty simple with minimum settings: recording, device auto off, screen auto off, reticle on/off.
