Q: 2 of the 5 wall plugs are turning in the hollow wall, can you advise on the size of the plugs provided, so I can source slightly larger plugs please?

My husband is a builder and we used our own screws and rawl plugs … ours were fitted to a brick wall but u should use the correct fittings for hollow walls
