LLPT Butyl Seal Putty Tape 1 Pack White 3MM Thick x 25MM Wide x 10M Long

I usually buy a mastic based sealant to seal my Motorhome roof windows, after a recommendation from a friend I looked at the Butyl strips as an alternative, the other 'Named' brands were a 5 meter roll for roughly the same cost as this item but this one has 10 meters on the roll so better value straight away. Still a bit sceptical, I installed the tape on the roof and Ohh my word, it sticks, I mean, it really sticks, when you use this you only get one chance to get it right, so be precise and certain you have everything lined up correctly. The window has been fitted and it has sealed perfectly, there was heavy rain that evening and there were no leaks at all. Highly recommend this tape and I certainly won't be going back to the mastics.

Purchased this to reseat a roof light in a motorhome. Easy to use and fixed the leak straight away.

Good stuff, did the job. Worth knowing that if using in any kind of situation where it is squeezed under tension and left over time (I used it for mounting boat rubbing strakes) that it will continue to squeeze out in areas, particularly in hot weather.

Good quality tape for sealing roof vents, but beware of clear tape stuck on meter through the roll.

La he utilizado para sellar la claraboya Seitz grande de techo en mi AC y estoy muy contento con el resultado. No escatimes en cantidad al montar. No vuelvo a usar polímero para sellado nunca más, ya me ha fallado varias veces con filtraciones. Mucho más seguro el butilo.

Prodotto arrivato in perfette condizioni e velocemente, il prezzo lo trovo molto concorrenziale. L'utilizzo non è proprio una delle cose più facili da effettuare ma fa parte della tipologia del prodotto. Serve a sigillare perfettamente le parti e renderle stagne, ma attenzione! questo non è un biadesivo! è un prodotto paragonabile ad un silicone con la prerogativa però che rimane nel tempo morbido e con una adesione continua nel tempo e soprattutto si può ripulire più facilmente nel caso di rimozione delle parti. Io l'ho usato per sigillare le cornici delle porte dei gavoni in fase di montaggio, questi sono i prodotti corretti da utilizzare e il risultato è stato perfetto. Perfetto anche il venditore e la spedizione Amazon.
