Worked like a charm
Fast delivery and yes you can get it cheaper elsewhere but if you need a quick fix and something that works this bracket did the trick. Be sure to size up the m.2 + brackets to your motherboard before snapping off the end piece

Easy to use.
I converted a 2242 SSD to a 2280. It was very easy and took less than 2 minutes. The photos on Amazon show you where to snap the extension off and then simply screw it on to your drive.

This adapter does work but it's awkward to use and the instructions aren't very clear.

Turns a 42mm M.2 into an 80mm
I had a laptop M.2 that I wanted to put into my PC motherboard. This is a bridge that you fasten to the riser (screw supplied) and it holds the M.2 card down and holds it firm. It's not at all brittle. My advice is tee it up first, fit the M.2 and this in the motherboard - then *carefully* remove the excess. It's £7 but I've now got another 500Mb in my PC on a fast M.2 slot.
