Does this have a powder applicator with it?

Does the compact come with a application pad? Will a lad fit in the compact and be able to close securely?

Hi there. This does not include an applicator and it would not close securely with one inside. We suggest our retractable kabuki brush as an option to take with you for easy application.

Fragrance free? Hypoallergenic?

No fragrance that I can recall in any Elf powders I've ever used, including this one. (And I've tossed plenty of face powders because I can't stand fragrance that close to my nose). nothing that would be considered remotely-common allergens in the ingredient list. talc, silica, aluminum starch oct.. as the primary ingredients. I have issues with loose powders with high silica amounts irritating my eyes (contacts), but never seems to be a problem with pressed powders (the binder keeps it from being an airborne cloud in my eyes).
