Hi, I find a 375g pack of ready rolled short crust pastry is enough for 2 pies, including lids

Are the pies easy to get out when baked

Yes they are as long as you season before you start using your PM when first bought

Are pastry cutters included?

Yes. Shaped cutter for bottom - I find it best to shape the pastry over a flask lid first as the machine gets hot so it can be tricky otherwise. Also a shape for through top. It's a fabulous gadget!
