Perfect fit
This item worked perfectly. I plugged it onto my compressor on the refrigerator and it worked perfectly. This item was also a great value. Everywhere else wanted to sell these two parts separately at twice the price. I won't even mention what our local parts supply store wanted for the same items. Thanks life saver.

So easy to install!
We have a secondary fridge in the garage, and recently it would not cool in the refrigerator portion, and the freezer portion actually got hot. I thought the condenser went out on it, but this simple fix got it working again! So much cheaper than buying a new refrigerator!

Saved my regrigerator
KitchenAid regrigerator stopped cooling and freezing. For a little over $20 for the capacitor and the starter relay my refrigerator is now working like new. Not sure why the OEM labelled parts are anywhere from $72 to over $100 (maybe profit margin or maybe quality) . For now I am 100 per cent satisfied.

Questionable quality control but thankfully does the job
Whirlpool refrigerator quit cooling, start relay was the culprit. Arrived quickly but rattled when shook (typically a sign of a bad relay) AND one of the prongs on the capacitor was bent. I bent the prong back, made sure everything was connected snugly, popped it into the compressor and it worked fine. Now, a month later, it is still working perfectly. Overall much smaller than my old relay but this didn't pose any problem. This cost twice as much as the cheapest option but I chose it after reading a ton of reviews for cheap ones with pics of totally wonky manufacturing. Would be tempted to just go with the cheapest option in the future, hard to imagine worse quality control than what I got that could still function.

Fixed my frig!!!
This item was just what I needed to repair my refrigerator. Sold at a very good price compared to what I had seem online at appliance part stores with quick shipping. Plugged right in to frig and it was working just like new.

Amazing seller and super fast delivery
Our refrigerator quit working yesterday. After some looking online found the start capacitor and overload relay both had gone bad. The fridge just died. Fan and compressor both. Had to throw away all our food which was awful. Anyway ordered this parts kit and installed it. Worked like a champ! Love the seller and Amazon with their lightning fast delivery! Now our fridge is cooling again for $37 and we don’t need to buy a $1200 refrigerator.Update. The capacitor has crapped the rug. Worked fine for about 1.5 months and now it tests bad. I guess you get what you pay for. Will buy the genuine whirlpool cap from the parts store. Sad this died out so quickly. The original one lasted 10 years

fixed my fridge
These types are all pretty much junk for there purpose on refrigerators. No matter what brand of this part or what seller you use this part is gonna fail. The seller of this part is good and it arrived on time but I know it's gonna fail again because an a/c compressor is just too much current for this thing. I don't know what to tell you, I guess if you know a refrigeration guy who can put a different starting system for fridge then do that, because these are a bad design.

Just bought one.....and it works.
Too soon to tell about reliability, but it arrived a day early (thank you Amazon Prime!!!) and it works fine.Seller shipped promptly and Amazon ordering as usual was easy.It comes with adapter connectors, but it plugged and played with mine just fine.It is made in China, but the original Whirlpool one was as well.......I try to buy made in USA or Canada, and avoid Chinese made products, but that is not always possible any more.I will update this if the part fails, but if it lasts a couple of years I will be happy. (The last OEM Whirlpool part lasted only two).Good luck all.
