## Description

These bi-fold roller guides are constructed of steel, nylon and plastic components. They are commonly used with Kennaframe bi-fold doors, but many other manufacturers also use this same size guide. These spring-loaded roller guides feature 7/8 inch outside diameter wheels that are 1//4 inch thick with a 3/8 inch outside diameter base. These guides mount on the top edges of bi-fold doors and require only a 3/8 inch diameter hole in which to insert. Use these top-mounted guides where rollers are missing, damaged or not working properly, to restore bi-fold doors to the ease of operation they were designed to have.

**Q: Does the plastic base detach from the roller mechanism?**
A: I could not remove the plastic base from existing doors, but what I found worked perfectly was to pull the whole stem-assembly (nylon wheel and metal stem w spring attached) out from the base on this item and the door. Then pop the new shaft and roller into the door’s plastic base with a small rubber mallet … PRESTO! Doors re-hung and working perfectly now.  (apologies to the manufacturer, but this was my “real world” experience).

**Q: When I bought this house the bifolds were in and the roller guide missing. How do I determine what size roller guide to buy?**
A: match the gap size of the track to the diameter of the wheel

**Q: This is too big for my track. Is there one available just like this but smaller?**
A: There are different sizes available.

**Q: Is this a prop 65 product?**
A: This item does not need a Prop 65 label.

My bi-fold closet door hasn't functioned properly since I moved in. After a bit of YouTube research, I discovered that I needed to replace this part. It was a breeze to order online, have it shipped to my house, and switch it out for the broken part. I was also able to bundle this wheel part with a metal brace for the bottom of my door, since that was broken as well. These parts were easy to find and easy to install and my door is working great now! I will also note that I had gone to the hardware store initially, but would have had to buy a complete set of door hardware and spend twice what I needed to because of needing to buy extra parts that I didn't need. I pulled up this product and ordered online while standing in the store because this was the best value for my money.
