My husband turned his pillow over to the "cooler" side at least 10 times a night until we bought his previous cooling pillow case that worked well as a cooling pillow case but got gross after awhile (he has oily skin so no soap was getting that out after awhile). Unfortunately I can't find it anymore so was hoping this new one would work. If anything it is actually warm so buy this if you want something warm for winter. It is a soft material which is comforting but for the purpose of cooling it is a fail.

It IS soft...but in no way does it make my pillow feel cooler. In fact, since it is thicker material than an ordinary pillow case, I believe it may be a warmer feel. I'm going to try a couple of more nights but ask for return then if possible as $70 just not worth it.
