Go aluminum billet. Do NOT go composite.
Bought 2"" for my 2011 4x4 super crew cab f150. Was debating on 2.5". 2" was the right call. Truck sits perfect. Aluminum billet is the way to go. Composite kits can split when torquing the nuts. Cant be anymore happier than the way it worked out for my truck. Ps had them installed at the shop, so i cant comment on the installation procedure.

Probably Works on Some Trucks, but not mine.
This product does not fit a 2013 Ford-F150 XLT with standard lower control arms. There is no way to get enough travel on the lower control arm to get the lower shock mount back into the control arm for reassembly once the spacer is installed. This is because the kit reverses the shock, making the geometry of the lower control arm and the shock mount mismatched. You will need the lower control arm to drop about two inches lower to reinstall the shock than it did to remove it. That is all but impossible on a 2013 F-150 XLT. I tried every trick in the book, including loosening the lower control arm, which is a bear on my truck because of other parts that are blocking the lower control arm bolts. I also tried a 6 foot breaker bar, and I tried a spring compressor. Believe me when I tell you that compressing the springs on an F-150 is scary as heck. And it still did not yield enough space to get the lower shock mount back into the lower control arm. After 8 hours, I gave up. This product probably works on any truck that has a surface mounted lower shock mount. But my particular truck year has a recessed lower shock mount that is inside of the lower control arm. Be sure you check this out on your truck before you buy. I ended up eating this purchase, and buying a Rancho Shock Quick Lift kit. That kit worked great because the replacement shock is the exact same length as the original, but still raised the truck a full 2 inches and rides great.

Works great
Good quality and didn't change the ride quality of my truck.

Be sure to check part number prior to installation.,
Be careful when ordering/receiving this part. I recently ordered this part for my 2015 F150, Unfortunately, instead of receiving the 571, I received a 568, which is for the older model F150.
