the problem with this item is, you will not Know how good it is until someone trys to break it. bike thieves tend to use a short piece of scaffold tube say 300mm-450mm long. put it between the lock and turn it until the lock gives. without trying it and potentialy losing the money i paid for this, i cannot rate this for security. but i can say it looks good (which may put some scum off) and it fits nicely to the bike. maybe the manufacturers could show a video on that there internet proving their product can withstand the afore mentioned
