Micro Touch Titanium MAX Lighted Personal Trimmer

This stopped working after a few weeks.

This personal trimmer is a winner. Men need a bit more personal and precision trimming than women, so this great product satisfies all! Great engineering is this small, inexpensive, high-quality personal trimmer. The slim tip design with attachable clipper guards help with ocntroling the cut length. Great for eyebrows, sideburns, nose and ears. Safe to use but always be careful navigating these areas in general. Great buy for the price and a lot of bang for your buck!

When my old nose hair trimmer I had for years bit me and caused my nose to bleed....I knew it was time for a change. Too be fair some of the plastic on the tip had broken off over time leaving the blades a bit exposed so I knew I was taking a chance. It did server me well for many years though...but still had to go. I have seen trimmer of this style many times so thought I would give one a try.Right off the bat I liked the shape of the device. I have big hands and it took some getting used to, but it is pretty easy to navigate once you get the hang of it. Had I done this review sooner, it might not have been as positive. I cannot give it five stars cause it still takes a nibble now and then, although it has not drawn blood yet, but it does work well. The small attachments took a little time to figure out too, but they work real well for trimming eyebrows which is something my old trimmer could not do so....bonus points for the Micro Touch. The little light on the trimmer is a nice feature, but it would be nice if you had an option to shut it off. I did not read the instructions so maybe it does, but others mentioned it as well so I am guessing not. But it does sometimes make it harder to see what is going on versus better - but not a huge deal really.At the end of the day it appears well made and is pretty versatile so can be used to remove or trim hair in many places I imagine. For me that is mainly my nose, ears and now my eyebrows and to that end I am very please with how this trimmer gets the job done. I can't speak to the battery life, but since it only gets used every other week or so and only for a few minutes, I suspect the battery will last a long time. However, your mileage may very depending on what and how much you are trimming. I keep the protective cap on it when it's not in use too so it will stay sharp, but I imagine over time it will not cut as well and to that end there is a high bar set by my old trimmer so only time will tell.So far I am pleased with the purchase and if it were not for the few nibbles it has taken from the inside of my hose, no blood mind you, I would have given it five stars. It's not perfect, but it is a quality trimmer for a fair price.

This product is a great value for the money, made of great quality, easy to use, durable, versatile, it is also precise, plus super effective and efficient at removing unwanted hair- no matter the area (and without pain)! I highly recommend this product!

EDIT: after using this for several months I want to report that it has stopped working a few times until I smacked it against the counter. Other times it sounds like it's really struggling just to operate, even when I'm not actually trimming hair with it. This has caused me to lose confidence in the longevity in this product and makes me wish I'd chosen the same cutting head style from a different manufacturer. This one seems underpowered.Original review:There are two basic designs for nose hair trimmers; this type and the more common trimmer with the barrel-shaped head and round hole at the end. That latter type is the one I've been using for the last five years. It was well-reviewed when I bought it on Amazon but I was never satisfied with the way it performed. I would have to push it in and out of my nose repeatedly, sometimes having to stab at hairs individually to get them in the way of the tiny circulating blade. To do a decent job took at least five minutes and inevitably I would later notice a big obvious hair that I'd somehow missed. I kept checking to make sure the battery was charged and the blade was clean because I had a hard time accepting how badly it operated considering how many positive reviews it had when I bought it.But I did finally accept, and then I start researching again on the internet, trying to find a better trimmer. Eventually I noticed trimmers with this differently designed cutting head and I read a bunch of reviews saying it performed much better than the older barrel type. I went ahead and bought this one and HOLY SMOKES, guys. This is a VASTLY SUPERIOR design. What used to take me 5 minutes and still left me with poor results now takes literally 30 seconds and the result is PERFECT.And out of the trimmers with this same head design, this one looked best to me because the cutting head is longer and thinner (easier to stick up your nose!) than some of the similar looking options, and because it has a little light at the end, and because it has a removable battery. Guys, I'm stupidly happy with this purchase, if you couldn't already tell. In fact, I hope my nose hair grows back quickly so I can use this trimmer again and feel so delighted to be rid of that useless piece of junk I've been jabbing up my nose for 5 years.

Works for nose hair, ear hair, eyebrows etc. This one actually does work compared to the non-working triple A battery version. Try it you'll like to it & look great too, you handsome devil.

Purchased Nov 2021. Still Works Great....Just Need To Remember To Lubricate The Blades Occasionally. I Use My Wifes' Sewing Machine Oil. Keeps It Operating Smooth And Quiets The Operation Noise Down......Just Bought A Second For Backup. Also Did Have To Do Some Cleaning In The Battery Compartment To Prevent Corrosion.
