Solgar NAC, 60 V Caps 600 mg

Did some research and there are some brand that can be trusted more than others and I saw this name come up a few times. Was effective and did what other quality brands do in terms of results. Would recommend.

I take this for trichotillomania and maybe it’s just a placebo effect but I think it works, just based on the fact that when I find myself pulling my hair it always turns out that I forgot to take my supplements that morning. Obv could be coincidence, though!

Love Solgar and this is in my opinion the best NAC available, it does not go 'off' and develop brown spots like a certain other brand (NOW foods) has done that I wasted nearly £50 on buying 2 bottles of. Solgar's NAC I have bought many times and have always been happy with and I've only bought a few other brands to save a bit of money because Solgar is expensive but as the saying goes 'you get what you pay for' and I've always thought Solgar is excellent. Bought a few more bottles of this again recently because it was a bit cheaper due to Black Friday. Brilliant product.

Can't really atest to the effectiveness but supplements don't have artificial colours or flavours. Easy to swallow.

My sister recommended this supplements to me. Iv been takim them for about 3 weeks and I already noticed a difference. I sleep much better , my skin no longer itches me, I also notice that my period pain got lighter. Its amazing supplement.
