I like it. It works pretty well and it kind of amazing how it works for the price. I would give it 5 stars if not for the reason that sometimes some hair strands get stuck at the sides of the plates. Otherwise it heats up really fast. But always use a heat protector or it will burn your hair

I honestly wasn't sure about this when I first opened it. It looked and felt like really cheap and light plastic, and I was positive I was going to have to return it. I decided to try it out though and was pleasantly surprised by it! It heated up fast and easy (it actually got too hot for me), and I had no issue straightening my hair, which is about waist length. My hair is usually very frizzy, but this really smoothed the frizz away and made it shiny. I've only used it twice, so I will come back and update this review if there are any issues with the product.

So surprised, needed a flat iron, did not want to spend a lot and took a chance based on the reviews. Works like a charm and left hair feeling soft and silky. Heats up quickly, great size for travel, easy to handle. It will not disappoint.
