My 10 year old Bugaboots finally cracked so they aren't as good in wet conditions. My new Bugaboots fit well, are comfortable, are warm enough for most conditions, and are very water resistant. However, they have one problem. Instead of hooks in the top 2 positions, there are eyelets. I have high arches and must spread the top wide open in order to get the boots on. It takes twice as long to put the boots on as I usually have to unlace the cord from the upper eyelets. I am going to take the boots to a shoe repair shop and have hooks installed in the upper 2 positions.
