How well does the adhesive side hold? I have hard wired lights under my cabinets, so can't screw them in.

They don’t. They fell off within a week. I tried them both vertically and horizontally and none of them held.

Is the adhesive like a command strip where it can come off easily if needed and moved? If so, does it or can you purchase extra adhesive?

The adhesive is not like a Command Strip. I didn't use the adhesive on mine. Instead, I used screws.

Is Replacement adhesive available?

I mounted mine with screws. That way, should I move, I don't have to worry about any adhesives.

How long are the screws?

Expect the adhesive to fail and your attachments to end up on the floor.
