We use this as a diaper cream. The other ones work well, but they are hard to wipe off the baby when changing a diaper and makes it almost like you have to scrub them. The Baby Bee diaper rash ointment does clear up a rash very well though. So if there is a rash I recommend it. There is another one thats diaper creme and baby powder that is a thinner consistency that is easy to wipe off, but we found it separates and gets running, and then the squeeze bottle got cracks in it. But with this one (we use it preemptively), he has not got any rashes, or sore butt spots. It smells great. It is easy to clean off and easy to apply. By far the best Burts Bees Baby diaper lotion product.
