Lifeline’s Door Anchor is an essential part of any cable system. By anchoring something other than your body, you can change the angle of resistance and drastically increase the number of exercises you can perform with your fitness cables. The heavy-duty, self-centering, Door Anchor protects cables from regular wear and tear and holds up to three cables at a time in order to provide customized workouts! The Door Anchor allows the resistance point to move up and down the door to change the angle of resistance allowing for total body exercises. Set it high for downward movements, set it low for upward movements, or center it for presses and rows! Review: Use it with care and it will last, and so will your exercise bands. - This has held up pretty well. Wish the part that grabs the door were bigger. The part where the exercise bands will touch the plastic piece on this product is kind of soft (a good thing). BUT, no matter what any manufacturer of exercise bands or door anchors says, the strap that goes through the door frame needs to be protected for the product to last. I put a small, thin sock around mine before jamming it into the door... so the stock will tear, not the anchor (I'm sure you can use something thinner). I also put a folded cloth around the bands so that the bands don't scrape the plastic on the anchor. I lift fairly heavy, work out about four times per week, and have used this anchor for two months and it is still in new condition. Review: Four Stars - Good one. Only drawback: both side bulging, it does not go in the door-frame slit some times.

Works great!! Use this to attach my trx trainer to the door, it works wonderful. It may look small, but it's very sturdy. I can do all types of exercises using the trx with it. No need to mount an anchor on the wall! Also used resistance bands and it worked for that as well! Easy to use anywhere. Honestly one of the best purchases I've made. Will include photo soon.
