I used one of these a long time ago, and found a new use for it. The one from long ago is long gone, so I bought this. I agree with some of the other reviews, the strap is a bit long, but I've put it under one of the neck pad loops and it stays put. I get the isolation on the biceps I knew these provided. It is a simple device, and operates as it should. For the money, I would buy it again.

I broke both my forearm several years ago and I’ve had trouble isolating my biceps. I used this and it seem to really focus and isolate the bicep. Works great!!👍🏾

I gave this 4/5 stars because the strap isn’t realistic. Entirely way too long. And when I get it adjusted to where it’s where I want it, the adjustment loop is barely stopping me from positioning the very thin foam cushion where I would like. It still works though

The one real problem is that the strap is FAR too long. I'm average height and even though I shortened it to its absolute shortest setting it is still too long which causes the metal to push into your abdomen as you're lifting which makes it difficult to maintain proper breathing pattern because of the extra pressure on your solar plexus. The material is good quality but they really have to figure out a shorter strap design.

I lift heavy and this works great as an alternative to preacher curls or normal standing curls. It is comfortable and doesn't flex too much. I'd buy it again.

I purchased this arm blaster for my home gym. I received the item today and tried it on when I went to adjust the strap the piece that you use to adjust the strap broke. It is made of cheap plastic I didn’t even get to get a single set in before it broke. Will be retuning this and paying a bit more for something more reliable
