The handles look like they may not be comfortable if your thumb gets in the top corner. Other mugs have an evenly rounded handle. Any problem?

I never really noticed the handles feeling awkward. However, the copper plating wears away really quickly and we only hand wash them. I do not know if this is common with the stainless steel interior/copper exterior. Obviously, this could definitely occur on completely copper plated cups as well.

Does it come with a guarantee?

No. One of my mugs broke From just hanging in a shelf. Not very high quality.
