Love my bowl. Perfect size for what I need

Ok these are great. They look indestructible. They do recommend that you not go from the freezer to the microwave. My acrylic ones showed stress marks just going from the fridge to the microwave. The lids are high quality and fit tight. You can also put them in the dishwasher. The only thing is that they get super hot in the microwave and there are no handles so you need to be careful handling them with a pot holder. If you give them a minute then it’s much easier. I was happy to have found a set with 4 cup sized containers.

I have had Anchor Hocking since I have been married 47 years. I always washed the lids by hand while the glass dish went into the dishwasher. The lids are definitely made cheaper than years before. This is so disappointing to say the least. The lids just crack easily. I have the same problem with Corning too. I have had to order lids from amazon to replace. What is with the quality control on these products. Shame on Anchor Hocking. I will have to find a different manufacturer with better quality lids. I know that some of my friends have commented on this as well.

I bought these so I could store strawberries in the larger containers. They taste so much better in glass than in the plastic containers I was using. The small ones are handy for a variety of uses.

The glass is very sturdy and the lids fit snug enough so you don't have to worry about them coming off. I bought them for the 2 large sized ones to make healthy yogurt in my yogurt machine. The small ones ended up being a bonus for me.

I like the larger size in this set; excellent for leftovers. The small ones are a bit small for *us*, but every now and then we have only 1 cup of something to store. I would have purchased this set just for the two large bowls. Unfortunately, in the two months we've had these, one of the lids is splitting from the edge--enough to not seal tightly anymore. I will look for a replacement lid and pay for it, but this is very disappointing. I would have expected at least five years' use. Update November 21, 2021 Opened the cupboard this morning to reach for a jar and saw that on the next shelf, one of the 4-cup bowls was shattered. Nothing had fallen on it, nor had it fallen. Yesterday as we sat in the living room, we heard a sound like glass breaking--a little tinkle. I walked through the kitchen to the laundry room where the dryer was going to see if something had vibrated off a shelf. Nothing amiss and the dryer wasn't vibrating! ha! Mystery solved this morning, finding a bowl, sitting flat on a shelf, shattered. Now how do I get Anchor Hocking to send me a replacement, since in the four months we've had this set, I've purchased replacement lids and now am missing half of the reason I bought this--the 4-cup bowls.

Anchor Hocking & Pyrex are the best containers you can get. Threw out all my plastic junk.

Pleased with the fast delivery. The items are the same as shown in the photos. Used them inside the Microwave and they worked just fine. Also easy to clean.
