If I could rate 10 stars I would! I bought this for my husband who has lumbar disc disease. He also a tattoo artist. He wears it around the house or during a tattoo session and I must say he is not complaining nearly as much as before! He likes the fit and says it works great for him!

Like the cut of this belt - it fits the shape of the waist area. (Im Female, small waist area).. WISH THAT ALL LOWER BACK SUPPORT HAD THIS PATTERN/SHAPE TO FIT THE BODY CURVE!!!! THE BONES IN THE BACK IS A PLUS FOR BACKS!!!But, too big for small-waist folks. (The smallest size is a large).I gaved 4 stars because this belt has my vision of how a lower back belt should be. (I sew so i will upgrade it myself). Just got it today and have not worn it yet.This belt has the potential to be the model for all lower back support/belt with the use of quality/sturdy materials!! (Hope the company sees this review and maybe get an invester!)

My lower back ribs have been tender for about 2 weeks. I believe I strained a muscle. The pain worsens when I sit in my car, in chairs or in the bathroom. I have been using this support brace for a few days now and it really helps. It does not fix the problem. It just makes it more tolerable. This brace is currently well worth the price that it cost

This is the 2nd thermal belt I have bought through Amazon. The first one worked great. It heated up fairly quickly and stayed warm for hours. (It was a different brand) This one does not heat up at all. I have tried wearing it twice for several hours each time and it doesn't even begin to get warm. I am returning this one and will not be ordering another one from this seller. I don't want to have another disappointing experience.

Basically, it heats a portion of your hip or back. That's what it does!

I was recently diagnosed with scoliosis. I came across this little back brace and decided it would be worth it to give it a try. I was looking for support to keep my spine from deteriorating further. I wasn't convinced it would help with any pain. Well, I have worn this for a week now, both under clothes and over clothes. It is very comfortable, virtually invisible under clothes, and really has helped me. Today I am wearing it under a nice Adrienne Vitadini blouse and it feels good and looks great. The little magnets have picked up on my body heat and multiplied it and it feels very soothing. I have been at the computer since 7:30 this morning and have very little pain. The brace reminds me to keep my back straight which really helps. I have paired this nifty brace with a great bra that also has a braced back. Together they are working wonders! Well worth it! UPDATE:: I ordered this again as I lost my last belt sold by FUNUP. The new one although supposed to be the same is sold by CHIMO. The new one by CHIMO is nasty, brittle, very stiff, puckers out and curls at your waist, does NOT lay flat against your skin. It may look like it is the same but it does not react the same. It seems to be dried out or old merchandise. I hate this one it hurts!!

I love this thing. I hurt my back in July 2022 and have tried a lot of different braces but they are all bulky and obvious. This one is pretty small but has 3 straps to tighten. I’m usually a small in most things if not extra small but the medium fit me well. If I put it directly on my skin it heats up my back so well after about 20 min. I had to take it off cause it got so hot one time and I’ve been wearing it over my shirt now at home. I love the effect it has on my back when it heats up but I can’t keep it on my skin too long or it feels like it’s burning me. No complaints though I’d rather it get too hot than not work or need to put heated bags in it like some.

Thermal means it will make you sweat underneath it from the vinyl which can be unpleasant. The belt is thin and cheaply made. This is for a temporary injury and not something you should plan on having long term. It will work and provide a little support like any elastic belt would. The magnets are a joke. Do not think you’re getting any real benefit there. They won’t even stick to the fridge door if you remove them from the belt. I tried that before I threw the thing out when it started to fall apart.
