Poor quality grinding head. It's really slow and the abrasive is wearing off.
The grinder is really fine, so it takes forever to grind the nails. The abrasive seems to be wearing off the grinder after only a couple of uses.Edit: The company contacted me and offered to send me another unit if I delete this review. Since I have had bad luck with other companies from China, I declined the offer.A new unit would not solve the problem with the grinding head being mostly worthless. The company keeps spamming me and begging me to remove this review. Have you ever heard of integrity?I will never write a phony review, and the more they bother me, the worse it will be for them. The company is telling me it's bad for business if I write an honest review. Well, fix it then and sell a better one.

Easy to use
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. First off, the noise level of this nail grinder isn't as loud as other nail grinders I've owned previously. My dogs hated the other ones because of the noise but with this one, they don't mind it as much. I use this for my dogs and cats and the attachment on the nail grinder helps with placement of their claws. With my smaller dog and cats, I keep the attachment on. With my bigger dog, I can keep it on for 1 nail but usually have to take the attachment off because he claws are too big to fit through the slot. When it comes to holding, the whole grinder itself is very ergonomic and fits in my hand a lot better than my old ones. Easy to clean and rinse off when needed. This doesn't take long to charge but even with a single charge, it lasts a long time. I can't give an exact length of time because I've owned this for about 3 weeks now and I' still on the same charge. I use this once a week for 5 animals too.

Worth the buy!
Definitely worth the money! I normally take my golden retriever, Marley out to get her nails trimmed and fixed whenever they need them but with covid and everything going on it’s made that a little hard. I’m always scared to cut them myself because I’ve seen first hand with my parents dog before that they clipped her nails way too short and all of hers were bleeding and I definitely don’t want Marley to experience that. This was the perfect solution to my problem! It’s quite and not harmful at all and it’s very easy to use and handle to do her nails! I definitely recommend to get this if you’re wanting to do your pets nails from home!

Works wonders on my good doggo Bonsai
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I've replaced my existing dog nail grinder with this one and for various reasons. The main reason being that this nail grinder is whisper quiet and has two different speeds. The second reason being that this nail grinder has three different grind ports! I use the small and medium ports for my dog Bonsai the Papillon. Last and but not least, I really like the battery indicator so I can see how much battery life I have left in my nail grinder.

Perfect for dogs afraid of having their nails trimmed!!
This nail dremel is very quiet and works well. My German Shepherd is not a fan of her nails being trimmed so we decided to give this a try and love it. She lets us dremel her nails with this tool without the fuss we had with the regular nail cutters. She recently had 10 pups as well so this will be very handy to trim their nails as needed.

My dog hated it
It seems to work fine but I had to return it. My dog did not like the vibration when I put it on his paw. He got really scared. I tried to get him used to it for a couple of weeks but he never did. I was never able to even use it on him because he was just too scared of the vibration. It isn’t loud, which is nice but the vibration is an issue for sensitive dogs.Edit: the seller has messaged me several times asking me to change my rating. I have told them I will not. It’s bordering on harassment. I regret ever buying this item!

Operates quietly and leaves my dog nails smooth!
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This pet nail grinder leaves our dogs nails smooth with no rough edges. It works well for my puppy as she hates loud noise- it operates very quietly. It is easy to use and I can get a good grip on it so there are no slip ups or accidents. It files the dogs nails down without any clipping and the possibility of cutting too low where it could hurt the dog. The battery life is good, one full charge will keep this grinder operating for many continuous uses. Our dog is a full grown German Shepard and it does well on her thicker, quite large nails.

Surprisingly good!
I've had three dogs in my life, and I've never used a tool like this until last week. I hesitated because I was sure that (even if the noise level was as low as people claimed) the vibration felt through my dogs' nails would scare them.Honestly, I turned to this because my 8 yr old dog (55 lbs) has gotten vocally upset about having her nails trimmed. Even though I can still do it, she's started to struggle and get upset about the whole process, even with treats or other rewards involved. So, it was time for something else.I can't say she loves this device, but she doesn't mind it nearly as much. The vibration did not scare her, and the noise actually is much much lower than I expected. In fact, I'd say the noise is a non-issue.The grinding process sort of powderizes the nails, and it does so at what I consider to be the right speed. You don't have to make your dog wait through a long time of it, but it's also not so rapid that you have to worry. It's really pretty easy to just shorten the nails, and there aren't such sharp edges left as from clippers.Overall, I'd say this is a very good choice. You can probably use it more frequently because it's less scary to the dogs (my dogs anyway), and it feels easy and safe. Recommended.
