I've been using this cream before my workouts, and I absolutely love it! It creates an intense warming sensation that makes you sweat much more during exercise. It feels amazing, especially on stubborn areas, and it's become part of my workout routine. One tip: wash your hands well after applying and avoid touching your face or eyes because it's very strong and can cause a burning sensation. Highly recommend if you're looking for a powerful workout cream!

Now, if you are serious about getting that muscle burn and need the added benefit of pushing your limits, this will certainly help reach those goals. This product will literally LIGHT up those specific muscle groups (arms, delts, abs, legs) during any exercise or even just going about your day. I rub this into my skin just a few minutes before a workout and I can attest that it will LAST your entire workout and even hours after that. Much better and more effective compared to anything I’ve used in the past. You must however FOLLOW the directions as labeled on the bottle! Just a dime size is ALL that you need! I cannot stress this enough. And make sure to wash your hands after applying! This has not left any skin irritations for me, but everyone is different, so to be sure to test it out for yourselves. A game changer!

This stuff brings the heat! Read other reviews about this product and decided to give it a try. Used it over my chest and ab areas for about 2 weeks, and it did its job. After two weeks, abs were more defined as well as my chest, I had already been cutting for 3 months, this just gave me that extra help. This stuff does burn though but it was very tolerable for me, kinda feels like a bad sun burn and heats your body up. I would apply it before every workout, for me it seemed like sweat activated it even more, especially when doing cardio after weight training. Great stuff, definitely would use again.

very intense burn. NEED to use gloves when applying because no matter how many times you wash your hands after the oils are still there and if you rub your eye it will hurt (I learned the hard way). Made my skin feel like a sun burn and turn red all day. I hoped taking a cool shower would rinse it all off...nope, only intensified the burn. Used a lot of topical products before and never had an adverse reaction to 1 use or continued use. I tried this for a few days and it only got more and more intense for me. I didn't use it long enough to notice a difference (less then a week). Too much discomfort for me to continue to use and I will not be purchasing again.

I love it! I put this on my midsection, put on a tank top, and put my waist trainer on over the tank top, and proceeded to do my cardio. Is it helping to burn fat? Probably not. Helping keep water off of my midsection? Maybe! But honestly I've found that this gives me the most help through 'that time of the month'. When I'm dealing with PMS cramps and lower back pain, the warmth helps to relieve the pain and keep me going through my workout... THAT is 100% worth it to me!!

Great burn!!! Put it on about an hour before exercise this morning. Has the initial heat up that similar products do and then the cool off. About 2 km into my 12 km row, it started to ramp the temp back up. Felt great!! I've used similar products from another company that starts with evo and I like the ingredient complex in this product a little better. I can't wait to see the results in the following few weeks. This is my first product from MPA and I'm very impressed right out of the gate!!!

I read a lot of reviews on this before purchasing. I saw a few people saying theirs came with no lid and already used. I was hoping it wasn’t the case with me but apparently not. Maybe the lid fell off due to the fact it wasn’t secured in the box? But then again it did look like it was already used. There was stuff already in the dispenser. So that was a bummer. Now with everyone saying how much it hurts and burns so don’t use too much. The first time I used it I put very little on due to what everyone said. I didn’t feel anything only on my inner thighs. Other areas I put it on did turn red but I felt nothing. So the next time I did it I put a little more on. Again my inner thighs felt the burn and heat! But other areas like my sides, stomach and lower back I only felt a little sensation. I do have to say this does make me sweat a whole lot more though. Im soaked after my cardio session so that’s a plus. I’m going to keep using it just to see if this does really help and if I can see any difference within the next few weeks.

This stuff is the best. It really heats you up. I followed the directions of a dime size amount. I use it on my stomach and sides with a waist trainer. Sweet will drip from your waist trainer. It’s not cheap but so worth it.

興味本位で購入しましたが，お腹周りに塗ると直ぐに熱くなり効果が実感できました． 私の場合，原因は分かりませんが，熱くなる程度が日によって違います． 脂肪燃焼するかどうかは，その後の運動により変わってくるような気がします． 匂いはシナモンです．

絞りあげる最終調整用のものなのであともう半絞りとかの時には効果が多少あるかもしれない。有酸素時や筋トレ前に絞りたい部位に塗って使用していたが、塗った部位からは大量の発汗が見られた。脂肪燃焼の体感を得ることはできるがあくまで本当に最後まで搾り上げれる人でないとそうそう効果は感じられない物。９５％仕上がった人が１００％に近づける最終兵器的な使い方がいいような感じ。脂肪が乗りまくって痩せたいと簡単に思っている人が使って効果がでるものではない。
