Does the job well
Super simple to assemble. Mowed my lawn with no problems. Mine is about 3,000 square feet. Easy to adjust the walking speed and the controls for engaging the drive are intuitive/natural. The batteries recharged in a very short time so it must not have used much charge to mow my yard. It is relatively quiet for a mower. I really like that you can stand it on edge so it takes very little room in the garage. Completely happy with this mower. And I got the weed whip which uses the same batteries.

An electric mower for the masses...
Purchased this for a new home. Wanted to reduce noise level and try something different.Cord management: Yeah, it's kind of a pain. But after a week or two of regular use, you get the hang of it. You've just got to learn your instrument.Starting: Easy. Push a button and pull back on a handle. Instant start. How does it mow? Better than a gas mower. This thing has eaten through five yard's worth of high grass and weeds without so much as a whimper. It has NEVER stopped, how matter how big a bite of weeds/grass I took. When mowing high grass, just press down on the handle, move the mower forward, and lower the blade directly over the grass. Easy peasy. It's light weight makes mowing easier (if it weren't for the cord, it's light weight feels like your using a reel mower). Is it quieter than a gas mower? A little bit. Make no mistake, it still sounds like a lawnmower. But a slightly more refined, less in-yo-face, mower. No gas or oil required; just a long extension cord or two. And if it breaks, I don't have to cry because my $300+ mower bit the dust. Inexpensive, but it definitely doesn't feel cheap. Also, the single lever blade-height adjustment is something that's been a long-time coming. SOMEBODY SHOULD HAVE THOUGHT OF THAT ONE YEARS AGO...GreenWorks has put a lot of brainal horsepower behind the design of this mower, and it shows. I'm a fan. Highly recommended.EDIT 9/27/2018: I found my only gripe about this mower: The clippings bag is too small. I'm used to larger bags that require emptying less often. Still, the bag works okay, but if you're mowing a lot, expect to empty the bag a lot. Also, the bag does taper toward the opening, which creates a jam point when emptying. This means you have to grab the clippings to pull them out of the bag. Otherwise, you'll be standing there all day trying to shake the clippings out of the bag. A minor annoyance, but not enough to dock a star. After an entire season of mowing some dense and very tall grass/weeds, this thing is still going strong.EDIT 11/2/2021: After 3-1/2 years, my GreenWorks is still going strong. Other than an occasional cleaning, the only thing I've done for it is to purchase a new blade that will go on next season (spring 2022). The absolute best money I've ever spent for a lawn mower.

Powerful and Efficient, but Battery Life Falls Short
I recently started using the Greenworks Electric Lawn Mower that I purchased some time back and overall, I am quite satisfied with its performance. It has some impressive features and functions, but there is one aspect that leaves room for improvement. One of the standout qualities of this mower is its power. It effortlessly cuts through the grass, delivering a clean and even finish. I appreciate that it operates quietly, without the noise and fumes associated with gas-powered mowers. The Greenworks Electric Lawn Mower truly lives up to its promise of being environmentally friendly. However, there is one area where this mower falls a bit short—the battery life. While the included batteries are decent, they tend to drain quickly when tackling tall or dense grass. If you have a large yard with high grass, you may find yourself needing to recharge or swap out batteries more frequently than desired. This can be a minor inconvenience and disrupt the flow of your mowing session. I will say in all fairness that my grass was really long. It was able to cut through it with good power.Nevertheless, despite the battery limitation, the Greenworks Electric Lawn Mower remains a reliable and powerful tool for maintaining a well-groomed lawn. If you have a smaller yard or regularly mow your grass before it grows too tall, the battery life may not be a significant issue for you.

Great product
I love this lawn mower. Received it a couple of weeks ago. My not so handy stepson found it easy to assemble. Batteries were fully charged in about 3 hours. I watched as stepson whizzed along mowing grass that was at least 6 inches high in spots. Batteries provided about 45 minutes mowing time. Not quite long enough to finish the average size suburban lawn. After two mowing I'm sold on this mower.

Great mower!
This mower is so easy to use. I love the ease of changing cutting heights with one lever. The only downside is the short battery life. I'll be ordering another set so there's no need to charge the batteries to complete the mowing.

Batteries don't hold charge
The mower worked good the first time I used it. The second time I cut the lawn the battery died after 5 minutes of using the weed eater. I thought I may have not connected the battery securely to the charger, but after ensuring a good connection and leaving the batteries on the charger until they were full, I'm having the same issues. This time the mower (using two batteries) died after about 5 minutes of cutting, leaving my lawn 1/8 finished.I'm sitting on the phone, on hold, with customer service now, and they don't seem to be in a rush to answer calls. The weed eater is too short to comfortably used for an average sized person and the cutting power is prettt weak. The blower is almost worthless.I would not buy this again. I'm actually considering just selling the set for a loss and either going with traditional gas equipment or shopping a higher end brand for electric.

Corded Electric Mower
The unit appears sturdy and looks pretty good. Have used it once to trim both our front and backyard lawns and the results were good. Encountered no problem moving it around our lawn and basically had no difficulty cutting the grass at our desired level and height. Looking forward to my next lawn-mowing session/s. Personally, my family is, so far, happy with this corded unit.
