I just used this hair last night and it is very easy to use. It is soft, and it looks just like my hair. I will be buying again.

This hair damaged my own hair when I put it in. When I took it out, my hair was dry and brittle, and I've never had that happen with previous extension hair that I've installed.

It wasn't soft as I was expecting but very dry to the touch. It appears to have two different texture that was mixed with it. It only lasted a week in a family member's hair. I was very disappointed.
