Perfect for holding Ikea Billy Bookcases together
I used these to tie 4 ikea Billy bookshelves together. You obviously have to drill them out but these work perfect and look good as well.

Get size 35mm for Ikea Billy bookcase
These work great for connecting billy bookcases. Some people recommend 30mm for that purpose. In my experience, I was barely able to get 30mm to do the job...I had to drill extra to countersink the nut so that it would reach ask the way through. Wish I had 35mm.

Perfect for connecting Billy Bookshelves
I Purchased, the M 6 x 35 mm set, they fit perfectly connecting two Billy bookshelves together.If you don’t have a metric, drillbit, a 5/16” drillbit works perfectly to get the right size hole for the hex bolts to slide in.

Some guy on YouTube gave a tutorial and mentioned amazon. My local hardware store wanted $15 for just 4 of these. This product did the job.

35 mm too long.
I bought these 35mm sized connectors at the recommendation of a U Tube video to attach Ikea's billy shelves as well as some of the listed reviews. They turned out to be a few mm too long to make a tight connection between the shelves I should had to measured the distance myself. If you need to attach Billy shelves us 30 mm length they will make a tight connection. I have no complaints about the quality of the connectors, I will use them for jobs.
