Bought the Silent Beacon in October of 22' and had no problems. Liked what it did and was happy. Here we are on February 2nd of 23' and the unit is dead and won't charge. Worked 3 months and I have to throw it out. I tried the trouble shooting on Amazon, but it's useless. It only says it's out of warranty. From my experience, I'd say spend your money on something else.

I’m an on the road sales rep and sometimes in bad neighborhoods, it’s good piece of mind for my wife and myself if a bad situation came about. It’s especially good when I’m on the road and can txt and drive, I can nudge her to let her know I’m ok.

Initial thoughts out of the box... Intuitive App that walked me through the installation and syncing process with ease. So far in testing I haven't had any problems. I will report back after a few days if any issues arise. Very happy, and will be sending this to my aging mother for my own piece of mind.

Bought for an elderly parent with falling issues who needed a lifeline but not an ambulance. Buttons hard for an old person to push at the same time. Calls a selected number, which is why I bought it because all other similar products either call 911 or some subscription emergency system or are tied to your home and not useful for a person mobile enough to leave the house. Problem is it won't reset itself after a call, so you pretty much have to reboot it every time you use it. So my parent never used it and it is now e-waste.

The connect distance is very good. Setup was more difficult then expected.

As a mother of children who work in real estate and travel to unfamiliar places, I wanted to try a product or two out that I could give to them as gifts. This panic button won that decision hands down. Being able to call 911 is vital, and knowing they want something that does not require upkeep or a monthly bill that could slip their minds were also factors into my choice. We have been able to sleep better as they use the check-in feature. The low battery warning also helps them keep the beacons charged, which no other product we saw on here was able to do. The cost was higher than I originally wanted to pay, but when you take into consideration it can call myself and/or the police for my kids, I’m more than fine paying slightly more than the cheap products we found online. I look forward to updates and advancements in your company. I am grateful.

Device received was used although was in what appeared to be new packaging. After difficulty setting up, the device kept calling a number in Virginia although the number I wanted it to call was in Ohio!
