It took about a week for my body to adjust to the mattress and now I love it! On sites like Casper, they say your body should get used to new mattresses in 30 days, so I was pleasantly surprised that it took just a little less than a week. My particular mattress actually took less than 24 hours to fully form, which was a good thing cause otherwise I wouldn't have had anything to sleep on! I opened the box, let it air out and puff out, and then ran some errands at target. I was gone for only a couple of hours, give or take, and came home to a mattress that was ready to use.I was looking for a soft mattress, but I didn't want to sink in it. I needed it to be a good combination of soft, yet supported, and this mattress gives it to me. The minute my friend sat on my bed, her reaction was priceless! She couldn't help but comment on how good my bed felt, and then proceeded to keep feeling up the bed by pressing down on it with her hand in different spots. I also have been seeing a lot of reviews on similar memory foam mattresses where some customers found tiny shreds of fiberglass in it. So I was scouring the reviews with a fine tooth comb for customer experiences. If it had even one person that found fiberglass in their mattress, I was like NOPE! So I was thankful to finally find one that had good reviews, at least more than 100+ of them, multiple images, even videos of what it looks like in real life, as well as no signs of anyone experiencing any fiberglass found within their mattress. I definitely feel like this mattress is worth the price and highly recommend to anyone that's interested in it!

I ordered this as a daybed mattress for my new apartment and so I would have something to sleep on while my stuff was being shipped in a pod and to be honest I might end up sleeping on this more than my $3,000 mattress that is coming today! It is a bit more firm but it is super comfy and I would have bought this a long time ago if I had known instead of my other mattress that took years to pay off! Everything about this mattress is stellar, from the build quality to the level of comfort it provides for this price point. I paired this mattress with a new platform bed frame, as I had decided that my old budget box spring and mattress combo had worn out. The results were fantastic!I am sleeping well for the first time in my adult life and I will mention it has taken me a couple of weeks to fully get used to the firmness of this mattress. I am on the husky side - about 5'7" and 240-ish pounds - and my back pain had not been helped by what I had slept on for the past four years. For me, support was absolutely imperative for me regardless of how much I thought I would dislike a firmer mattress.I have no more back pain when I wake up - absolutely none. The nature of my work has taken a toll on my body even with my taking care of myself to the best of my ability, but it seems as though this mattress is exactly what I needed. Truth be told, if this isn't the pinnacle of comfort for the sub-$300 range of mattresses, I don't know what is.

I was very hesitant to buy a mattress online. It hasn't went so well in the past. However, I saw this mattress on a lightning deal, and I decided to give it a shot. I think it's important to mention that I've never dealt with this company before and no one has offered me anything to write this review.I took the mattress out of the box and cut the strong plastic holding cover with some scissors. I should have opened the enclosed envelope first. It includes an opener to slice the plastic without fear of cutting the mattress.It says that it takes up to 72 hours for this mattress to expanded, but it expanded almost right away for me. I had sheets on it within 20 minutes. I know it's natural to have an odor with some memory form mattresses, but I didn't smell anything with the Avenco.I slept on the mattress almost immediately after taking it out of the box and had a great night's sleep. The mattress cushioned my pressure points and still had the firmness needed to support my back. I flip from side to back so both pressure point comfort and back support are important requirements for me. This mattress scored A+ in both areas.I'm super happy, and if Avenco shows to be a quality product long term (there is a 100 day trial period), I would purchase another mattress from them in a heartbeat.

I love it so much that I have recommended it to many of my friends. I used to toss and turn all night and didn't believe that I could stay in one position all night but with this king memory foam mattress I did, great sleep quality for a back pain sufferer. It doesn’t bounce like a spring mattress but it is very comfortable, minimal movement from bed partner is felt. Wish I had purchased this years ago!

This mattress is perfect, hard and yet conforms to my body. I sleep soundly and I wake up with no pain. I have slept on mattresses that cost $1000’s that were terrible! This is the best ever, I have had it now for 3 months. Best purchase ever.

I was very nervous to buy a mattress online. I suffer from hip pain, RA and Fibromyalgia. This mattress has helped. This mattress took about 22 hours to full puff up after laying flat, with us adjusting the corners. Read the manual when you get it. It can take up to 2 weeks for your body to get used to a new mattress. It did have a weird smell at first but by the time we slept on it it was fine.This mattress doesn't bounce like the typical spring style mattresses, but we really like it. Its not so soft it's hard to get out of, but not so firm it's really uncomfortable. It does feel firm when you first get on, but then your body slowly sinks to conform. It's great. We are happy with our purchase. We both weigh between 160-175 lbs.
