Don’t Buy. Terrible Quality
Please don’t buy. Very poor quality. Did not even last 6 months. Sparks are coming from the electrical parts.

WORST Quality. Not safe for use.
The steamer doesn't have any heat controller on steam. The moment it's switched on it starts making steam at intense temperature and it's not possible to get facial at that high intensity steam even for microseconds.

Good product. Satisfied with the performance. Though the build quality of the main heating elemant seems to be bit on the lower side, but performs as expected. Instant steam. Very helpful in treatment of throat infection.

It is one of the rare vaporizers in the market that are very easy to use as well as extremely durable. I use peppermint essential oil while taking a facial sauna to help clear my sinuses. It is especially a great product for people like me who cannot put their face in the sauna attachment for the fear of getting my face burnt. In all the best steamer that I have used in the past couple of years and would highly recommend it to everybody
