I was wondering if this is normal.** A: Yes, this is normal...because if they filled it full, with the sweetener being articifical...it would be so strong that it would be undrinkable (if that's a word!;) Notice that they don't have paper filters like the coffee k-cups...anything that is a mix instead of grounds will be without a paper filter.
