I am surprised by how light the shower head is. It is well made although I notice tiny stream developing on the side. Also filters well. Quite worth the money. Black is great too.

This was easy to install and increased the water pressure, to give a great feeling shower. I had a slight issue with the vitamin C cartridge but this was quickly fixed by the excellent Customer Services team.

Very poor quality product backed up by dreadful customer service. I've bought shower heads at half the price previously and they were 10 times better. I bought into the marketing hype about Stone Stream being a better product and worth the money - completely untrue. After a few months, water just started to drip from the centre of the shower head - the only part of me that gets a true shower is my hand and arm that hold the shower head as that is where most of the water drips down (see photos). I have tried to contact Stone Stream customer service both via Amazon and directly as they claim to offer a 1-year quality and performance protection - but despite getting one reply that they will look into it, after 4 weeks I've heard nothing. So, don't believe the hype about either the quality of the product or their 1-year warranty - they just ignore your attempts to contact them. Will never buy one of their products again.

I liked the black colour, although the plastic sadly feels cheap. I ordered this particular shower head purely because of the stop/start button on the handle. I found this useful when washing the dog, or rinsing the bath. Kneeling down doing these things is really helped by the button, so I don't have to climb up to turn off the water completely, or have the shower head facing downwards like I used to do, and risk being sprayed in the face! The head itself is really easy to keep clean with the metal area being completely flat, no bumps or ridges for gunk or limescale to build up. There is no way the power is increased which is what is advertised. The water of course has to come through the same power, this cannot be altered by having a different head! Only by how water is pumped! So there is no difference in that respect, although the water does feel soft because of the sprinkler option I choose. (Middle option on the head). The yellow filter that comes with this item is a nightmare! I was never able to get it to work! It says remove one end, replace filter back into the neck..but every time I turned water on, yhte filter would block the head and no water would come out. I turned the filter the other way up, same problem. In the end I emptied the contents straight onto the shower head..well the water flowed this time, but so did all the contents, straight down the plug hole! The instructions are absolutely terrible! I was searching YouTube for clear instructions on using this yellow filter, but they all refer to the coloured stones, not this yellow stuff. Really disappointed so I returned it as faulty. (I ordered the version with the stones. Plus that one is thick clear plastic and feels very solid. Not because I think the stones themselves are any good, I just like the head with a stop/start button. For this reason the stones version does the job. I wouldn't recommend, as it's thin black plastic & filter is useless! Plus I asked the question where to buy more filters, and these are not even currently sold on Amazon yet! So if you ever get it to work and it runs out, then you can't replace anyway...😔

It’s a good product, but the lemon stuff is a bit annoying. It drips out yellow and I keep forgetting it’s there and wonder what the yellow stuff is coming out of the shower head. Doesn’t matter too much it runs out quickly. It’s a good shower head. Descent power.

Nice and easy to use, trying to adjust to the solid black has it stands out like a sore thumb with the decor, it’s doing the job 👍🏾

I got the wrong head with the stop button. I gave it to s friend who is very happy with it. I will order one compatible with electric shower

I live in a building from the 1920s and the plumbing is OLD; the water is really hard and the water pressure can be hit or miss. I bought this to see if it would help with my dry skin and help keep water pressure even if my upstairs neighbors happen to take a shower at the same time I do. A success on both counts! It also looks pretty sleek. All that said, if you're looking for a really luxurious and physically heavy sprayer, I don't think this will quite fit the bill.

I had another shower head and it sucked. I was looking to replace it with a better looking shower head that can produce stronger pressure. When i installed this new shower head i couldn't believe the boost in pressure it provided. No more drip showers. Its very lightweight, which i personally love. Easy to switch between settings. Great buy overall!

I am very happy with brand and product. This is the 3rd one I've purchased. I absolutely love this and will not use any other shower head probably every again. I did get an adapter so it will sit up higher. If you are looking for a new shower head don't go anywhere farther, this is absolutely amazing!!!! The amount of pressure it turns it into is so awesome!!!!

I needed a detachable shower head with a stop button to make it easier to clean and wash my dog. All the shower head models I checked out on Amazon didn't fit my style, until I spotted this shower head that has a sleek Matte Black finish and it seemed like the right fit. I was skeptical about the all the other features they mention, but I got to say I was surprised. The handle feels very nice when you hold it and the water flow is amazing! it seems like it is airing the water better than my old shower head so the water flow feels smoother and I love the different settings too. The stop function works as expected which is great because not only that it helps me wash my dog more efficiently but it is useful when I am washing my own hair. Brilliant feature! This shower head fits every need I had and price was reasonable. We will be ordering one more for my other bathroom

I’m soooooo in love with my new shower head with water softening filter plus vitamin C filter. I’ve bragged about it to all of my friends. The pressure is amazing. I felt a tremendous difference in my hair & skin after my very 1st shower. I’ll never go back !!!! My have !!
