Bought this electric door lock actuator for my 03 Silverado quite a while back it still works great

I had a problem with my door sagging, so it was recommend to replace the door hinges, that did not fix my issues, I then adjusted the door striker and it helped 90% of the time. I was having lighting issues with the driver door, so i decided to replace the door latch, it was perfect replacement and it works good, but after i replaced it, my door wasn't closing properly, all I did was to replace the latch door. Turns out I had to readjust my door striker back to wear it was once before, and that fixed my sagging door and now the door closes firmly as it should, I think the problem was the door latch all along seems the oem was out of tolerance which lead me to adjust the door striker but the culprit was the door latch. hope this helps somebody, it was used on a 2004 GMC sierra 5.3L 4x4 SLE

Take the time with careful disassembly. Take pictures of every part removed. Patients on the reassebly and save a ton of money.

The orange plastic gromets that the rods go into are very brittle I ended up having to use all of the ones from my old actuator because these desinigrated just from the pressure of pushing the ends in, actuator itself functions as it should.
