There are two different hand creams. Coco butter and coconut oil. The coconut oil one is great for skin with eczema like my hands have. That is the one I ordered. But I was sent coco butter one. I had ordered 2 so both items were the wrong item and I can't use them on my eczema or it will sting madly. Hence the one star.That said, the person I gave one of them to said that the cream is thick and you dint need very much at all. It takes a while to soak in to the skin and is ideal for if you are going to put your hands in water as it acts as a barrier. She said she put it on right before stepping in the shower and her hands were less dried out afyer that shower. She also reapplied it after said shower. This is more suited to people with simple dry hands, not eczema or phsoriasis (no idea how that is spelt as never had to spell it before!) I would like to have given more stars but the advertisement and description and picture was not the item I recieved.

The Palmers coconut oil formula hand cream is superb. Thoroughly recommend. I have sensitive skin with several autoimmune issues - psoriasis, lupus & MS - and for some reason over the last couple of weeks my hands have developed deep cracks on the fingertips. This stuff is keeping them soft whilst they heal & doesn’t seem to react with the liquid skin which I’m using to keep the cracks clean & sealed during the day.There were several options for buying on the day I ordered - I chose the one with the quickest delivery date. Sadly the date given was very much wishful thinking - it arrived pretty much a week late. The seller uses Whistl to manage their deliveries. Big mistake! Their tracking is a total joke. The seller was helpful & polite when I contacted them about the non-appearance - the fault was 100% that of Whistl - just look at all the dreadful customer reviews they have on Feefo. I will never purchase from a seller that uses Whistl to fulfill their deliveries again.

I love palmers coconut. The smell is lush im a huge fan of coconut scent hence why i use it. It last for a while so my hands feel softer and moisturised longer than some other hand creams. I highly recommend palmers!

This handcream is wonderful! It smells tropical and summery, just the right strength of scent and smells natural too. My hands have improved within 24 hours which is amazing for the price and the small quantity I use each time. Just the right thickness and yet feels like you’ve put a light formula on your skin; leaves a nice gentle sheerness behind and my skin feels refreshed and moisturised.Was pleasantly surprised to find that it’s not just raw coconut oil as a key ingredient. It also contains Monoi oil, sweet almond oil and is infused with Tiaré flower petals.Wish I had found it sooner!

My go to hand cream beacuse of its durability. One application leaves hands soft for whole 24hrs. Smell is strong but not off putting of coconuts. Turns shrekhands into gorgeous soft hands.
