So far so good
I've been diagnosed with RA and was having trouble dealing with side effects of prescribed medicines. I've been on it for a couple of months and I'm stiff in hands and arms but once I'm up and moving it goes away. Going to lab this week and can't wait to see where my levels are.

I had an adverse reaction but it's prob just me
I only took it once and had racing heart palpitations, and felt dizzy. I discontinued it. I have reactions a lot to meds so I wouldn't want to totally dissuade anyone from it, it was just my experience. So for me, it wasn't a value.
