excellent concept, needs tweeking
Leaks a lot, doesn't stay cool. We had high hopes for this product. Great seller, return was easy. If saw an updated version, even at higher price from same seller, we would buy, try it and buy more if worked well. Will look if we can use anything else from same seller.

I love the cooling effect. Although it only lasts about an hour, you just put it back in the freezer and replace it with the other unit.
