Great printer! Give yourself time to practice
This is a fun little printer with lots of potential. I knocked off a star because it is a bit tricky to insert the ink cartridge (follow the instructions carefully) and you will routinely need to do a scratch test before printing on your final product.

I really love the idea of this product, however, better instructions are needed and I get frustrated bc I want black ink to come out and it comes out rainbow. Even after cleaning it and restarting everything. I want to love this machine but I’m so frustrated with it.

Difficult to try and get good prints, the best print I’ve made still doesn’t look very good
So expensive for something that works so badly. Have to wipe the ink off after each use, otherwise it doesn’t print the beginning of words. This seems like it wastes a lot of ink, as a lot comes off when I gently dab the ink part. However, if I don’t do this it only starts printing my words partway through, so that’s worthless anyway. Printing in “black” ink is just the 3 colors printed next to each other, so the “black” color is blue, yellow, and red next to each other, looks like its trying to print in 3D. Printing two or more lines of text is ridiculous, can’t tell when it’s going to start printing so your text ends up way off center from the previous line. Their templates look so old fashioned and like grade school cartoony. Could at least invest in some modern looking templates that I wouldn’t be embarrassed to use.

Spotty Printing
When it prints, it's pretty cool the issue is getting it to print correctly. I bought this thinking it would be great for adding sentiments to getting cards but was disappointed. I ruined a couple of blank cards when trying to print.
