Amazon Grocery, Pecan Halves, 16 Oz (Previously Happy Belly, Packaging May Vary)

These are delicious and healthy with no salt or sugar added so I could control the flavor of my new side dish. They are good quality pecans that I roasted in the oven for 10 minutes prior to adding them to a new side dish I made.Recipe Idea: I used a half package of pecans and added 1/4 cup of dried cranberries to taste, then drizzled a tablespoon of dark maple syrup and mixed with a large spoon in a quart size bowl. I also cut 5 strips of bacon into 2 inch bite sizes and oven roasted them for about 20 min., laid them on a paper towel to remove excess grease. Add the bacon to the pecan mixture and set the pecans bowl aside. Now prepare the fresh Brussels Sprouts. After rinsing 2 lbs. with water, use a paper towel to pat dry, slice or remove any brown, loose leaves and discard. Lightly coat them with 1 TBS. olive oil by shaking them in a plastic zip-lock bag. Place them in an open baking dish or roasting pan, sprinkle lightly with salt and roast for 45 minutes in the oven at 400 degrees until they turn brownish, almost black. During the last 10 minutes, add the bowl of pecans mixture into the Brussels Sprouts and finish roasting. After they set on top of the stove for about 10 minutes, use a large cooking spoon to scoop them into a serving bowl and gently mix them again. Any leftovers can be reheated in minutes or enjoy them cold. They are a delicious combination of sweet and salty, and was enjoyed by all. Enjoy!NOTE: Bag it comes in is NOT suitable for storage even when unopened! I just opened the second bag from October, 2025 and they are soft, bland, and not crunchy at all. Rufus review/questions explains this problem and advises customers to open each bag immediately to ensure pecans are fresh before storing them in airtight containers. Lesson learned, better late than never! Deducting one star from previous 5 star review because it isn't consistent and past my window return date. UPDATED: Amazon responded right away when I chatted with Customer Service and I received credit right away for a replacement package. I just opened it and have upgraded back to 5 Stars again for freshness, slight crunch and buttery flavor. Awesome customer service!

These pecans are a good value for the money. They taste good and are not dry at all. These are healthier than trail mix options because they dont have any salt or sugar. They can be eaten as a healthy snack or used in baking. These are a good size. Please see the picture next to a quarter coin to see the size of each piece.Pecans are fresh, have a nice color and crunch. But as it is a large package I always take out some in a container but keep the remaining package air tight in the refrigerator. This helps them last longer. These were cheaper than the ones available at the local store. Will buy again.

These pecans were nice and fresh. They tasted like they were fresh out of the shells. I enjoyed snacking on them and adding them to a salad.

These represent a good value and rarely do I see broken or crumbled halves. They appear to have been dried which is why I didn't give them 5 stars. Fresh pecans will have just a bit of moisture in them that to me, always enhances the flavor. I find the packaging easier than many brands to open and reseal.

These pecan halves were fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was looking for. They were a great size with very few broken pieces, making them perfect for baking, salads, or snacking. The quality exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. I’ll definitely be ordering these again!

I combine the pecan halves and dry roasted unsalted peanuts that I purchased from Amazon.Pecan Halves are delicious. Reasonably priced no sodium in these ingredients.

Surprisingly very good! These were also fresh tasting. I kept eating them straight out of the bag by the handful. Smh.
