White cast?** A: The body sunscreens are not tinted, they are white in color. In regards to the product leaving a white cast, it really depends on your application. If you dot the product all over the area and rub it in, the white disappears within a minute vs if you apply a large amount in one spot and try to spread it to an entire area. There is a video of a dermatologist explaining how much and how best to apply mineral sunscreen and avoid the white cast that can be found on the manufacturers website (found by clicking at the bottom of the home page under customer care - videos). **Q: is this sunscreen waterproof?** A: It is a very thick sunscreen and has worked perfectly for me, but even if a sunscreen claims to be waterproof i always rub more onto my skin after getting in the water and drying up, especially if it is between 10 am and 3 pm **Q: How many ounces is in a tube of suntegrity skincare - natural mineral sunscreen for body?** A: This is a 3 oz tube. I bought Suntegrity ($26) and All Good ($18) to test them out. I am in the Phoenix, Arizona area where UV light is pretty harsh. I have light olive skin, walk daily outdoors with my arms, some of my legs exposed. I tested each sunscreen for about a month and here were my findings: Suntegrity - left a nasty white residue no matter how much I tried to apply it - feels heavy on my skin - did protect me - I did leave a little area purposefully exposed and all the areas I applied the sunscreen were protected - $26 is steep for the 3 oz tube - it is unscented, which I do like All Good - $8 less than Suntegrity - light feel after application - unscented - if you rub it in, it's almost invisible With both, I didn't go swimming, so idk how good this is for swimming, but for walking in the intense Arizona sun, it does great. If Suntegrity wasn't such a thick feel on my skin, and left this white residue (in their advertising it says it's basically invisible - that is NOT true with me), I wouldn't mind paying the price, but I don't only want protection without the harsh chemicals, but I want something that looks and feels good on my skin.
