Great for Sourdough Bread

Perfect Order
Great quality flour-exactly what i wanted for my recipes!! This type of bread flour is so difficult to find where i am and the plus is that it arrived much earlier than i expected!!! I will be reordering it from this vendor again.

Expired
Mine came expiring 9/2024 and I received it September 17. I won’t use it all in 2 weeks and it was expensive. I can’t return per Amazon 😪

This is a great flour for making European style bread
This is a great flour for making European style bread, as American flour does not have as much protein needed for many of those recipes. Also arrived 2 weeks early :-)
