The Ultimate Guide to Chart Patterns

There are a lot of good books out there on technical patterns - this is not one of them. It is very basic and brief. Critically with a book on technical patterns it is essential to be able to clearly see the patterns in visual, annotated dorm - the images (charts, patterns) are unreadable - small, faint and poor quality. The text accompanying the images make reference to "blue this...green that..red this" - but all the images are in black and white!

This book does have good information but it often references charts, colored items within those chart and/or specific candlestick or raindrops patterns. That would be well and good if it weren’t for the fact that ALL the charts are too small to understand the details, printed very lightly and in black and white. In one section it says “The 30 minute center raindrop (blue circle, marked B-long green in the middle) tells a much more comprehensive story…”. NONE of these descriptors were useful because the chart is so lousy. The charts certainly seem like an afterthought shoved in awkwardly. The book didn’t cost much so it’s got that going for it.

Very poor graphics too much strain on the eyes to see the graphics. Not a book to own in your library.

Every trader should have this on their shelf

Anything written by this articulate couple is a must read for anyone wanting to succeed in trading stocks. Make sure you pick up their seminal Moving Averages book. This too is a must.

Has a good marketing, has a good title but inside has absolutley nothing interesting, concise or relevant...Imagine you are looking something about the space, you bought a book, you read the first chapter and it says that stars are beautiful, the second chapter that planets are beautiful, and the last chapter that thers no oxigen...These book is just a way of getting charged and steel your time....

Great insight...graphs are unclear and blurry needs to be printed on quality paper to really see graphs

Childish book...

This is a necessary reference and study guide for anyone who wishes to master the markets. Pattern recognition is crucial, and knowing which patterns work best, and under what conditions is essential knowledge. And this is where you'll find that information.Really detailed analysis and explanation of chart patterns. Book delivered two days after order. Great service and amazing content!

Charts are of poor quality.

Bought coz of content comparing with the book's cost u can clearly see what it has given in the name of charts u can't see any figure except black and white dots poor quality print

Some patterns are questionable like the cup and handle, is unbelievable that the author chooses so bad examples, very difficult to recognize. The examples plotted in a software are terrible, like when you print a copy in toner save mode. The editor or author have no idea of quality control, because for sure they saw such terrible gap in quality and they didn't care.
