Forms perfect, envelopes don’t fit
The forms were perfect but the envelopes were not the correct size for mailing.

Envelope size does not match form size.
The envelopes are sized for two forms per page and the forms provided are three forms per page. Thus, the envelopes cannot be used and are a mismatch. Also, the recipient copy when torn at the perforation are not all the same width.Maybe the envelopes are for W-2’s, not sure.

The envelopes show the TIN numbers - BIG PROBLEM
The forms are fine but the envelope design is terrible. The envelopes are too big for the form and the TINs for the payer and recipient are visible. It is an invitation for theft of this sensitive info. Really bad design. The envelopes SHOULD NOT be used.

Fast delivery and just what Described
Just as described. I really like that they have the envelopes included . I didn’t realize when I order these where the miscellaneous 1099 nec but no need to worry you can still use these as the nec is updated to the 1099 misc ones

These forms work with QuickBooks and that's the reason I purchased them.
I updated my QuickBooks software which includes these 1099-NEC updated forms as required by the IRS. They worked beautifully. The 1096 form required that I set my printing alignment to minus 15 so everything aligned correctly but they printed perfectly.

Misaligned Nightmare!
Alignment is critical when printing tax forms!! These forms were misaligned from sheet to sheet and from form to form: not all the Copy B's were aligned exactly the same; same problem with the Copy C's; the Copy A's were aligned significantly differently from the B's and C's and again somewhat differently within the Copy A's themselves. The envelopes did not fit the forms at all and revealed the taxpayer identification numbers of both the payer and the payee. I had to throw everything out except the 1096 Form which was okay because you only print one copy of that form. Fortunately I had forms left over from last year which I could use. I would never use this vendor again.
