With most supplements, even quality vitamins, you can't really detect and say it is of benefit, you just trust the longer term science. FreshCap is one of the rare that is perceivable. Let me just say, this stuff is amazing. I was taking Mydayis, which is like adderall on steroids, for approximately 2-3 years daily. Well the supply for my meds were on back order and I have still yet to receive them. I’ll be honest, I panicked. What was I gonna do?!?! I knew the withdrawals would be intense. I googled natural remedies for ADHD. This was one of the first that came up. I did mild research, to be honest. These capsules work!!!! It took a couple of days for me to notice a difference but my withdrawals from my adderall were very limited. I would recommend taking in the evening because they can make you sleepy. Now don’t get it twisted, you’re not going to have the same heightened senses or increase like pharmaceuticals give you, but looking at the natural alternatives is always a plus. Seriously, I have been taking this for going on 2 weeks now and I feel AWESOME. I’m not so quick to anger. I’m able to stay focused. To be honest, my ADHD tends to make things noisy in my head. I started using this product without believing that it would work for me. I took this everyday on empty stomach didn’t have any side effects. My grades are way more better, i can focus more when i’m studying. I couldn’t study for 25 minutes now i can do 2 hours. My mind is clear!! I will keep buying this for sure!

I like these, I have fibromyalgia which gave me brain fog and I must say I feel much better after talking these. Been on them for about 2 weeks. My stomach has not been upset. My memory seems better and my mood see.s to be improving. I'm glad I tried these.

I bought these a month ago and took them for five days straight. Over that period, I noticed they were definitely helping my memory, energy level, and ability to focus. However, over those five days, I also noticed that my throat had started to swell. I thought it was regular sickness, so I went to the doctor who couldn't diagnose anything, was given general meds, and stopped taking these while taking the meds. It was suggested that an allergic reaction may be the cause so I waited until I felt perfectly healthy again before taking a single dose of the complex again. Next day, the swelling was back, so I'm operating under the assumption that I'm likely allergic to at least on of the mushrooms in this complex. Sadly, this discovery was made after the return window had closed. I'm not going to knock any stars off the product because it's not the manufacturer's fault that I'm allergic. Just wanted other buyers to be aware and watch out for symptoms of an allergic reaction if you are trying a new supplement. Would 100% still recommend trying these though, because I noticed a definite improvement mentally.

I bought this to help with my major caffeine dependency and constant fatigue. I have taken these now, inconsistently, for about 2 weeks. I am most often taking 2 a day. I am writing this at 1:24 am after a day of minimal caffeine, which had blown my mind earlier when I didnt have a midday crash. I remember seeing another review when I was researching these about someone also staying up late - which was a huge selling point for me. Even so, I might drop down to 1 capsule daily if it continues to keep me up too late!! I can't confidently speak on other effects yet, but I am blown away by my sustained energy. I highly recommend this if you are constantly fatigued and/or dependent on energy drinks!
