Great value and variety
Very good germination . Did have different varieties to those featured. Great for trying out though and have plenty for next year .

Great tomatoe pack
These seeds are great value and a brilliant way for me to try growing and tasting different varieties. I didn't plant all of the seeds as there were more than I could use. I planted 90 seeds in total, more than enough for my needs, , even allowing for any that didn't germinate, I counted the seeds roughly as I planted them. They ranged from 13 Golden Sunrise to 40 plus for Red Cherry, Marmande and Ace. Golden Sunrise was in my pack in place of Golden Queen, I think it was, but I planted one packet of those last year, 7 seeds, so i was happy with the change. This is only my second time at growing tomatoes from seed. I have no heat lamp or grow light. My seeds germinated in my bathroom. The heating was on in the bathroom during that day but not overnight. I did use seed compost to plant the seeds in. I cannot say enough how plaased I am with this pack. Only 10 seeds failed to germinate. At this moment, I have young tomatoe plants everywhere. I only have a plastic greenhouse and it's not warm enough to put the plants in there yet. I would certainly buy this pack again. Sorry this review is so long but I tried to give a full honest review.

Mostly successful
Okay, so there's a lovely variety of heirloom seeds in the pack. Average contents were supposed to be 10 seeds of each variety and my packs contained 12-15 seeds of each. The varieties listed were what I got, although it didn't correspond with the text on the packaging. These seeds were all sown in identical conditions within a heated propagator at the same time, and I had excellent germination rates of 90-95% for most, three that had 100% germination, but there were two that really haven't been good and only had around a 15% rate germination, these being Heinz and Moneymaker. I'm not too bothered about Moneymaker (there are nicer flavoured tomatoes to grow), but the low germination rates of the Heinz have disappointed me. Two germinating out 12/15 seeds is poor. The sow by dates on the packets isn't to blame, and evidently neither is poor storage or none of them would have had good germination rates. So I can only assume it's bad batches of seeds. Despite this letdown, I really like this idea of mixed heirloom tomato seeds in quantities for the small gardener - nobody is going to need about 100 tomato plants so there's enough to give some plants away or save seeds for next years sowing. The pack is a very economical way to grow lots of different tomato types. I did buy some black cherry and white beauty seeds elsewhere to make my summer '23 tomatoes truly eclectic, but other than that it's a great pack for the tomato enthusiast. P.s. they're heirloom seeds so you can save seeds from your favourite tomato varieties to grow next year. Perfect! I will 100% buy these again despite the couple of bad seed batches - I'm contacting the company who put these seeds together so they can make a note of the batches that are low germination rates. It will help them know where not to buy their seed stocks in future.

A good deal
I'm happy with the item especially for the price, however I'm a tad disappointed in the selection. I know it says subject to availability, but the 4 strains I wanted to try most weren't included in the pack. Apart from this I've a nice selection of strains I've not tried before at a reasonable price so I'd recommend for that **Update** had great germination rates, plants are doing really well. Great item, would definitely buy again

Not sure what to make of them to be honest......
It does say in the small print that you will get what they have in stock but i didn't see that till the seeds arrived, i had kind of a plan in mind for the range of tomatoes but not really a worry till they grew and they weren't the variety stated on the packets i was very careful to make sure that i didn't mix seedlings up, they mostly now have tomato blight (not necessarily the seeds fault) and one variety got blossom drop so whilst they are cheap seeds its a gamble what you'll get growing.........i have one aubergine plant that sprouted from the seeds not a variety included in the description!!

Madness
I bought this unassuming pouch of seeds, thinking, "ok, I'll give it a go". 2023 being my first year having a greenhouse and a garden to actually put some veggies, I thought I would not have much luck. Boy was I wrong. Every variety germinated, producing an absolutely mad amount of tomatoes. Brandywine Pink had almost a pound in the weight of each fruit. Heinz looked like an advert- just perfectly round and so perfect in shape I couldn't believe my eyes. Golden sunrise variety is yellow and so sweet it's almost candy-like . All of them were consumed in countless amounts of soups ,sauces and whatever you'd think of.I am officially banned from planting more tomatoes this year but... these seeds are the heritage varieties so I saved a few seeds and will be planting some more this year:) Just in moderation this time. Give it a go and you will not be disappointed.
