I recently got a Hario Switch fancy pourover device and I absolutely love it - however, my non-gooseneck kettle is terrible for pourover. It is uncontrolled and chaotic. I really don't know if I'm at the level of hardcore coffee snob where I'd swap my PerfecTemp for a Fellow, so in the meantime, I got this James Hoffman and Reddit-recommended pitcher. Is it just a plastic pitcher that pours precisely? Yes. But it also has markings on the side so that I don't have to weigh my water (remember, I am lazy). I'm able to get my coffee to bloom easily and it tastes great.
