Sugar'n Cream Cotton Cone Yarn, White , 1 Cone, 14 oz (Pack of 1)

Pretty color, true lime. Not the softest yarn, but good for making dishcloths and dish scrubbies. I'd say it's a little thinner than a #4 weight, somewhere between 3-4 weight. I know this particular yarn is known for being "splitty", so far I haven't had too many issues with that. I will post some photos after I make up a few scrubbies. The only thing that may keep me from purchasing this again is the price, after doing some research, it is cheaper at local craft stores.

This is my favorite brand of cotton yarn for washcloths, dishcloths and squishable flying discs. I also make cotton baskets and bath mats from this weight yarn.

Soft and smooth cotton yarn with great stitch definition. It’s breathable, easy to work with, and holds its shape well after blocking. Ideal to knit cloth, hats. Slightly firm at first, but softens nicely after washing. I would not say it's the softest one but it works nicely. However, you need to be careful with the needle you use as it can split a little bit while knitting.

I prefer cotton yarn, as I like the way it moves on the needles and the finished garment is easy to care for. I like the cones, although they are getting hard to find. I worked up a swatch today and had no problems with splitting or pilling. I do find that cone yarn seems to be a bit thinner than the label claims. I have to move down a needle size to get the right gauge. This is not brand specific, just most yarns that come on cones. This brand was my first experience with cotton, many years ago and I love working with it to this day. It's the same good quality after all these years.

It’s okay. I notice there’s bits of seeds in the yarn so it looks somewhat “dirty”. As I crotchet with it, the hard shells embedded in the yarn is noticeable and scratchy. The color is nice, but it does untwist easily. The stitches are not so defined but the amount of yarn and the thickness and weight is very economical for making large projects. The amount of yarn in a cone is awesome. Lots of yarn to make lots of household items

I love Lilly cotton yarn. I'm going to knit a gorgeous cable sweater with this.

This yarn is such an incredibly good deal. These spools are so big! The first time I ordered one, I thought it would last me forever, but I loved it so much that I searched for patterns to use it on. It lends itself PERFECTLY for a crocheted market bag. I got 6 different colors because I love it so much. It's very easy to work with, too.

I love the color for autumn dish and face cloths, I have sold many of that color and I am getting more, try it, it is lovely ty Daisy
