Review: Good product - Sound quality, call quality
Review: Great Headset For The Price with A Few Issues But Fixable I’m Still Going To Give Them 5 Stars - Below is an old review from the very first time I purchased these Headphones I’ve bought several of these and you can’t ask for a better sound quality the issues I’ve been experiencing with these they have a tendency of one of the folding arms to break off these last 3 sets I purchased are the updated version of the one I first purchased these have a completely different issue they still sound great you can watch movies listen to music but when you make a call the Bluetooth will disconnect from the call the call is still active and the Bluetooth will reconnect almost immediately when it does disconnect, which is quite often but the problem is it won’t reconnect back to the call even though it shows it’s connected to the call while on the phone had to hit the Bluetooth on the call screen to turn it off like you’re going to use just the phone and then turn it back on and it will work again for anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes is very annoying. That’s what started out now it’ll connect to Bluetooth for movies and music, but will not connect to the call period now it’s just blank noise this happened outside of the 30 day return window but they have a 1 year warranty on them hopefully they will do the right thing and replace these I don’t want to use a different brand I love these headsets. I don’t care if they do break off on one of the arms. I kind of wish I didn’t make them where they folded. I believe it would be a lot better. In my opinion. I’m always wearing them anyways the only time I take them off is when I’m charging them, anyone knows that owns these the battery last very long time I bought three sets that way I can use one while one is charging the other one was for back up. So hopefully they take care of this issue now. I’ll definitely report back on the progress. They replaced items in the past I don’t see a reason that they would do anything differently now and not replace these.. They are a good reliable company in my opinion. It's a little on the bulky side but I can get used to that the two main things for me is the sound quality and and battery life, this headset far exceeds my expectations in both battery life and sound quality I wish they had an app to go a long with this product so you could adjust the bass and treble but even though they don't have this app this headset sounds great, the construction of the headset seems to be pretty durable when you pull the earbuds out from the headset it has a decent amount tension hopefully this doesn't cause any problems down the road when pulling the earbuds out it's very noticeable it has a loud ratcheting click sound everyone around you will know your doing something and may ask what is that but anyway I would buy these again and I would also recommend it to friends and family. I bought this headset July 29, 2020 and thought I submitted a review not long after I received them but I guess I didn't but never the less even though the headset is a little on the bulky side the sound quality is very good when watching videos and listening to music it's a little hard to hear during a call the person can hear you fine but giving the bass this headset has it's hard to hear them but that's the only issue I have with them other than that they sound very good and the battery life on this headset is probably more superior than most if not all headsets that I've had or have and I have a few and I'm constantly using mine watching videos on Prime as well as some YouTube videos.

**Q: Is there a way to reduce the bass?  It is a bit heavy for conversations.**
A: You probably will have to download an app called an Equalizer.  Get one that has a simple way to change bass, treble, and mid-range. They often have too many selections to make it difficult.   IDK enough to recommend one.

**Q: How do I connect this to a bluetooth device? It won't enter pairing mode.**
A: The following steps is how to connect your bluetooth devce. Hope this can help for you. 
1、Please keep your headset and your bluetooth device as close as you can , within 1 meter. 
2、Swithc to " ON", it will prompt "Ready to pair" after 5 Seconds, the red and blue lights flash alternately when headset i read for pairing. 
3、Turn on "Bluetooth " in setting your device and find the headset name  SX-990
4、Click SX-990, Bluetooth headset get connect with you device. 
automatically and prompt "Pairing completed" and the also will prompt"Device connected" when successfully connected with SX-990. Some may require pass code with 0000"

**Q: Is it loud enough to use without the earbuds in your ear?**
A: The earbuds are the speakers,   and there are not any general speakers for  general listening.    You would need to utilize the earbuds for an effective listening experience.

### ⭐ Poor quality build

Used it twice only since I bought it two months ago and now the right ear speaker does not work. Noticed damage on the cable from the aggressive retract mechanism. The cable is very skinny and fragile for this aggressive retract mechanism. Very poor quality, will try to return it back and get a refund as it was not cheap.
