He was so calm his dad had to ask if he was sick. Lol. He is always on the move so this definitely works if your child is hyperactive. It worked even better than the calm in my opinion. It's tasteless he didn't taste it in his tea so that's a big plus. He didn't smell it either and he's quite picky. The mixability in his tea was seamless. Good texture.
