I could literally find you a doctor telling people that tomatoes are evil and another doctor talking about how amazing tomatoes are for your health….that we should be taking such and such a supplement no that exact supplement is terrible. It’s insane. Be vegan—-be carnivore! I always wanted to be healthy but did not know where to even start. After reading this book, I was shocked to find that things I was eating on the daily for health (ie. ACV cabbage salad, bananas,) were absolutely terrible for my blood type. Finally an individualized guide!!! If I’m going to eat healthy, I for sure want to actually be doing my body good. I rest easy relying on the excellent research that the D’Adamo team have published. I don’t have to listen to all the confusing voices out there that have a view that is both too narrow and too broad. I have always been drawn toward veganism but felt embarrassed because I live in a big game hunting rural community. Now I can just embrace this desire and just let people know that I eat this way for my health not some abstract desire that I couldn’t explain. The one thing I thought I could never live without was half and half in my coffee…but then I discovered Oatly Full Fat. I don’t even miss half and half at all anymore. A lot of people have said this, but I’ll just say it again….focusing on what is beneficial is so much more life giving than focusing on all the things I Can’t Have. Also, I have eaten like a bird for so long trying to keep the pounds at bay and now I am eating throughout the day and not hangry all the time. I’m just really thankful. Give it a try…good luck!!! 2 Years Update: I fell down a huge rabbit hole and ended up taking his advice and doing a lot less fat…ended up going full vegan. I don’t even think about how much protein I’m getting (or not getting). I am eating so much and feeling so good and the thinnest and healthiest I’ve been in ages. Wow. It’s been life changing.

Delivery was super fast. I received this book two days after I ordered it and although its only a pocket book I've found it very intresting and informative. Growing up I've been alergic to many kinds of food and have found almost all of them listed in this book under food types to avoid. I must say I am impressed and will be buying the cookbook as well.
